Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Forge95, an Acquisition OS workspace for SMB acquisition buyers, operators, and acquisition teams.

1. Acceptance
By accessing Forge95, creating an account, accepting an invite, or using a workspace, you agree to these terms. If you use Forge95 on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Product Description
Forge95 provides software for acquisition workflows, including:
- Opportunity pipeline tracking, buy-box context, and fit scoring.
- Diligence coordination, notes, tasks, activity history, and workspace collaboration.
- Lender-readiness outputs, acquisition planning artifacts, and exportable workspace context.
- Broker-mode, billing, account, support, and workspace administration features where available on your plan.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, maintaining accurate workspace information, and managing members, invites, billing administrators, and role permissions in your workspace. Activity performed through your account or authorized workspace access may be treated as your activity.
4. Your Data and Deal Information
You retain rights to the deal information, business data, diligence artifacts, notes, and files you add to Forge95. You grant Forge95 permission to process that information to provide, secure, improve, and support the product. You are responsible for ensuring that you have rights to upload and share workspace content.
5. Acceptable Use
- Use Forge95 only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these terms.
- Provide accurate account, workspace, deal, and billing information.
- Do not interfere with product availability, security, access controls, or other users.
- Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse Forge95 systems except as permitted by law.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or share.
6. Billing and Subscription Terms
- Paid plans, usage limits, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown in the product or checkout flow.
- Workspace administrators are responsible for subscription management, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation where self-service billing is available.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the checkout, billing, or cancellation flow.
- Plan access may be suspended or limited if payment fails, a subscription expires, or usage violates these terms.
7. Forge95 Intellectual Property
Forge95 and its software, workflows, scoring logic, templates, designs, documentation, and product methods are owned by Forge95 or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Forge95 product or underlying intellectual property to you.
8. Confidentiality and Security
Forge95 uses safeguards designed to protect account, billing, workspace, and deal information. You are responsible for managing who can access your workspace and for deciding what sensitive acquisition or diligence information to add to the product.
9. Important Disclaimers
- Forge95 does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, securities, lending, or loan-brokerage advice.
- Scores, outputs, summaries, forecasts, and lender-readiness artifacts are informational product outputs and depend on the data and assumptions available in the workspace.
- You are responsible for validating deal information, consulting qualified professionals, and making acquisition, financing, and diligence decisions.
- Forge95 does not guarantee loan approval, investment return, business performance, acquisition closing, or seller/lender response.
10. Availability and Changes
We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Forge95 as the product evolves. We may also update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge95 is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or failed business outcomes arising from use of the product.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Forge95 without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with Forge95 support so the parties can try to resolve them in good faith.
